IT STARTS WITH YOU

Before subjects, we start with you.

We want to understand what you enjoy, what matters to you and the support that will help you get the most from Haeata. These five questions can help start the conversation.

Your interests

What do you enjoy exploring, making or learning?

Your strengths

What are you proud of, or already good at?

Your English

What support will help you learn and communicate?

Your goals

What would you like to achieve while you are here?

Your future

Where might this experience take you next?

Your study plan starts with a conversation — not a fixed timetable.

PLAN. TRY. REFLECT. REFINE.

Your pathway can change with you.

You may arrive with a clear goal, or discover new interests along the way. Both are welcome.

We work with you and your family to understand your previous schooling, English-language needs, possible subjects and wider interests. Then we identify a suitable programme and revisit progress as you settle in.

For senior students, this conversation can also consider NCEA-related study, subject suitability, length of enrolment and post-school plans.
